Request Account Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your PLAN E account at any time in accordance with our Account Deletion Policy.
What you should know:
- Deletion Request: Submitting a request initiates review and account closure workflow.
- Personal data: Your profile details, saved trips, preferences, and direct messages will be permanently deleted.
- Financial & Tax records: Transactions, tax withholding, and booking records must be retained as required under applicable statutory laws.
- Active bookings: Any upcoming confirmed bookings must be completed or cancelled before requesting deletion.
