Day 1
Drive Kathmandu to Kakani
Drive northwest out of the valley on the old Trishuli road to the hill station of Kakani (2,073m).
Day 1
Ganesh Himal viewpoint and Memorial Park
Views across to Ganesh Himal, Langtang and Manaslu, and a stop at the Thai Airways memorial park.
Day 1
Trout farm walk and lunch
Walk the raceway ponds of a working rainbow trout farm, then eat fresh grilled trout straight from the tanks.
Day 1
Organic strawberry farm tasting
Pick and taste at a hillside organic strawberry farm, with jam and wine made on site.

Return to Kathmandu
Drive back down into the valley.
