Itinerary
Day 1
Drive to Panauti, temple walk and family dinner
Transfer to the Newari town of Panauti, visit the 13th-century Indreshwar Mahadev temple and the river confluence, then dinner cooked with your host family.
Day 2
Farm morning, Newari cooking and return
Join the household on the terraced farm at dawn, learn to make yomari and chatamari in the family kitchen, walk to Khopasi, then return to Kathmandu.
