Itinerary
Day 1
Bike fit and shuttle to the summit
Full-suspension bike fit, brake and pressure check in Godavari, then the jeep shuttle up the fire road to the summit.
Day 1
Summit views and trail briefing
From Phulchowki (2,760m), the highest point on the valley rim, a full panorama and a run-through of the trail features and line choices.
Day 1
Singletrack descent through cloud forest
Roughly 1,300m of descent on loamy singletrack through oak and rhododendron cloud forest, with rock gardens and switchback sections.
Day 1
Godavari Botanical Garden break
Regroup and refuel at the botanical garden at the base of the mountain.
Day 1
Final section to Lubhu
Last flowing section through terraced farmland and Newari villages to the finish at Lubhu.
